Please note that if a visa debit card is provided the preauthorisation will hold for up to three working weeks on the card, alternatively you can contact us prior to arrival with a credit card number where the pre-authorisation will hold for up to 5 working days
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required prior to arrival for incidentals
If paid in cash, this deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
If the amount has been taken as a pre-authorisation, the amount will be released within 3 weeks for visa debit cards or up to 5 working days for credit cards
The hotel requests that guests forward the rooming list for all rooms prior to arrival
When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply
