Updating availability and prices
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 10pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit. Any bookings paid via AMEX or Diners Card will incur an additional 3.5% credit card surcharge.

How to arrive
The family-friendly business hotel is located on Nebo Road (better known as the Bruce Highway), approximately 800 metres past Bridge Road on the left-hand side when travelling from the south, or 800 metres past the Mackay showgrounds on the right-hand side of the highway. Guests will find restaurants, shops and the beach in Mackay, approximately 2.5 km from the hotel. Bars and pubs are around 1 km away, nightlife is approximately 700 m away and links to the public transport network are just 20 m away. Mackay train station is roughly 5 km from the business hotel.
