Positive: This is 4* hotel with the feeling of 5*, amazing experience, thoughtful staff (bottle of cava was waiting us on second night for our anniversary,i even think we got upgrade of the room), hotel design and decoration was nice, the breakfast is more than satysfying,fresh and tasty

Negative: Some of the receptionists could be little but more profesional and helpfull
