Snowmass ski area (around 2 minutes' drive away), Buttermilk Mountain ski area and Aspen Mountain (both around 20 minutes' drive away) are nearby area attractions. Highlands Mountain is also some 19 minutes' drive away and Crested Butte Ski Resort can be reached in around 2 hours and 20 minutes' drive. Shopping facilities are located some 7 minutes' drive away in Snowmass or in Aspen.
