Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking

A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque
This amount will be released on your account a few days after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival
