One nights tariff is charged in event of late cancellations/ no shows. For Reservations for Rugby Festival September 9th to October 9th 2011 a 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required upon booking with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within the 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the funds paid
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 2 days before check in date
