Positive: Wonderful staff in a charming, well located riad. It’s within the medina and an easy 10 minute walk to the souks or new town outside medina.
Negative: Nothing.
Positive: Staff are brilliant - Yusuf and his colleagues were very helpful: organised an online map of the city, transport, everything. Without their help, I don’t think we’d have got round the city easily - Marrakech is a crazy maze. Commendable. Breakfast was fine, if a little chilly in the open in January!
Negative: Minor issues - curtain rail fell off, toilet rather exposed…
Positive: Everyone at the Riad was warm, helpful, and exceptionally friendly.
Positive: Everything
Positive: Beautiful property in excellent location.
Positive: Beautiful riad, very well located. We could easily find our way to the main points of interests and back after the first day. Friendly staff, everything was very clean. Really can’t think of anything negative!
Negative: Nothing!
Positive: Almost everything.
Negative: Hard to find sometimes and taxis never could if you had used one.
Positive: Fab staff, nice and clean, comfortable rooms, roof terrace.
Negative: Sometimes tricky to find after a day out.
Positive: We got spoiled in this Riad- the staff were all attentive and kind, starting with Khamissa, the manager, staff Mustafa, Azra and Yousef, dinner and lunch were delicious and the whole place was clean and safe. They were not affected by the earthquake and quite safe to visit Marrakech.
Negative: Nothing
Positive: We were extremely happy with our Riad. It was fantastic. The manager and the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place!
Positive: The breakfast is slow and terrible. No breakfast buffet. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, you would get a few types of jam in small sizes, that looks like leftovers from other guests or from the day before, One type of bread, one type of coffee, A little Mellon, watermellon or another cheap fruit. There is only one slow guy to serve breakfast named Yousef who would first take care of young pretty girls or big group, then reluctantly bring your breakfast. He does not even offer an omlett or a boiled egg for you! Until you ask for it. There is no fridge or TV in the room. There was no luggage rack in the room. After asking, they brought a little stool to be used for that purpose. The alley that takes you to the Riad is very narrow. No cars can get in. So, to take a tour, you have to walk 5 minutes to Riad Laarous to be picked up. Besides, the alley looks scary at night, especially if some creepy guy keeps following you while keeps calling mouseu, mouseu! This Riad, might be OK for half the price.
Negative: There was a good air-condition at the room.
Positive: I liked the rooftop and the staff was so sweet
Negative: when people sat outside our room to eat their breakfast and we’re talking loudly when we were still sleeping
Positive: room is very clean room is big enough the Terrasse was well decorated and clean and nice, clean seats to lay or seat bathroom was clean and fragrant
Negative: would be nice if there is a big table in the room to place our staffs like bags, instead we put many things on the small round seat
Positive: The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Negative: We were 3 friends and we preferred 3 single beds.
Positive: Staff is very warm, but some shifts do not speak English. When everyone in the Ryad is sleeping, it's very quiet, but to get to this point you might suffer long evenings of laughing and smoking guests
Negative: The area, the shower
Positive: the staff is amazing. nice to have a alcoholic beverage. close to everything. the roof top is beautiful.
Positive: The staff are so kind and helpful! Ask them anything and they are willing to help. The breakfast was always delicious, and the location is pretty good. It's only 20min from the square. The Riad itself is beautiful and the roof top terrace is great for relaxing or getting a good view of the sunset! It's also nice and quiet inside compared to all the noise outside.
Negative: The bathroom wasn't my favorite. It's a little old and the water pressure wasn't the best. But it was clean and spacious.
Positive: Staff were excellent , breakfast was delicious and facilities were in top condition! Would definitely recommend and would return
Positive: hospitality
Negative: location
Positive: Great staff nice and easy to talk to could spend hours exchanging information about the city and how to navigate it, excellent kept and clean rooms maintained with care. Lastly the superb meal selection for dinner services which has to be ordered in the morning.
Positive: Everything was perfect. The room was large and clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The Riad was beautiful and just as pictured. Walid greeted us upon check-in and was especially kind as was Touriq who served our breakfast and helped with our luggage. You can’t go wrong staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Negative: Zero complaints.
Positive: beautiful riad, very well-sized, comfortable rooms, and very well decorated. Staff was very very nice and very helpful at all times
Negative: the breakfasts were small with not many options. we have stayed at other riads and breakfast tends to have more choices. We had to pay for tea (which) is usually complimentary in most of the riads we stayed at. The coffee was rather weak.
