BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy depends on the limited availability of rooms at our Guesthouse (only 3 rooms available), on the increasing number of requests of stay at our lodge, and above all on our commitment to improve the service and on the transparency of the relationship between guests and owner.
As soon as you proceed with your booking, we reserve all the services requests for the dates indicated (as per your email of confirmation followed by your deposit or your credit card details)
- If you cancel your booking 20 days before your check-in date: we totally refund the deposit
- If you cancel your booking within 20 days before your check-in date: we do not refund the deposit
- If you do not show up: we charge 50% of the price of your stay
