Housed in the old watchtower of an Asturian palace dating back to the 16th century, with a wall and chapel from the same period, this charming, family friendly hotel was renovated in 2009 and comprises a total of 18 rooms, a terrace and gardens with spectacular views of the Picos de Europa park. It offers guests a relaxed stay and access to the facilities of this air-conditioned establishment, including a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a games room and an à la carte restaurant. There is a library and guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services (the latter for an additional fee). Parking is available for those arriving by car.
The hotel offers an à la carte restaurant serving traditional, seasonal market fare and homemade desserts. Guests can select their breakfast from a buffet and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed à la carte or from a set menu.
All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, as well as a wide range of welcome products, and offer a king-size bed. They are equipped with a telephone, satellite TV and centrally regulated heating. Guests are also free to choose from a pillow menu and each room offers a safe.

How to arrive
From Oviedo, take the A-64 highway in direction SANTANDER. and continue by it getting out at 14 (LIERES ARRIONDAS). Continue in N 634 to kilometer 356, located just after VILLAMAYOR.
If you are coming from Santander, leave the highway A-8, going out at 326 (RIBADESELLA ARRIONDAS) and continue by N 634 to kilometer 356 which you will find it after Sevares, before arriving to VILLAMAYOR.
At kilometer 356, take the cut-off to BORINES-COLUNGA. You will cross a train track and then the Piloña River. 200 metrs after you have to turn to your right toward CERECEDA.
Follow this road about 2 kms until you find a stop called LA TRAPA, where you will find a sign for the Palacio take you to your left, arriving at the hotel some meters later .
