The property consists of two 50-plus storey buildings, one is the hotel and one is for residential guests. Iconic modern buildings that are clearly distinguished from the other buildings.
Relatively small lobby area for the size of the building but still enough room for a few comfortable chairs.

The apartments are all very large is size and are decorated to a very high standard. With 3 bathrooms and a self-contained kitchen with all utensils this is very much a home from home. With its 2 LCD televisions, direct dial telephone, washing machine and iron & ironing board, no time has been spared to ensure the maximum of facilities in ultimate comfort. The most impressive feature if the floor to ceiling picture windows that give stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the surrounding areas.

20 km to the nearest fair site (dubai world trade centre)
Located in the centre of the Jumeirah Beach Residence and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. A great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafe's on the 'Walk'. Very easy access to the public beach and very close to the new Marina Mall Shopping Centre. About a 45 minute journey from Dubai International Aiport and very convenient for Media & Internet City and the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
