A star is reborn! From June 2009 the A&O Hamburg Reeperbahn (formerly known as “Hotel Stern”) complements the range of A&O properties in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The unbeatable location directly at the famous “Reeperbahn” is going to be combined with the approved A&O standards step by step.
The A&O Hamburg Reeperbahn provides a 24h reception, entertaining and relaxing facilities for groups and individuals, internet terminals and spacious parking area (for a fee). In the direct neighbourhood you will find the famous “Hamborger Veermaster”, one of the most interesting typical restaurants in Hamburg, where special events can be realised. Most attractions of Hamburg are within a walking distance: the “Große Freiheit”, Schmidt’s Tivoli, Landungsbrücken and the port of Hamburg with its impressive boat trips.
Due to three separate wings the A&O can accommodate different kindsof customers at the same time: school groups, adult groups, individualtravellers, stag or bachelor party trips. Everybody will find a central accommodation for a good price.
The functional rooms come with private facilities and satellite/cable TV. In all single and twin rooms linen and towels are provided. In other rooms bed linens and towels are available at an additional cost. The modernly furnished rooms are cleaned daily.
Sports fans are offered a gym, a squash court as well as an indoor court. Relaxation options come in the form of a Jacuzzi, a solarium and a sauna.

How to arrive
by car...
Coming via motorway A7:
Leave the A7 at the exit for HH-Othmarschen (if you come from the south take the cane on the far right leading to the "Elbtunnel"). Then follow "Beringstraße" until the end of it and you reach "Max-Brauer-Allee" where you turn right. Remain on "Max-Brauer-Allee" until you turn left into "Königstraße". Follow "Königstraße" and you will directly get to "Reeperbahn", where we will warmly welcome you.
Coming via motorway A1:
You drive from the A1 onto the A255 and cross the "Elbbrücken". You then reach "Billhorner-Brücken-Straße". Turn left into "Ansinckstraße" and drive through the "Deichtortunnel" onto "Willy-Brandt-Straße". Following "Willy-Brandt-Straße" and continuing on "Ludwig-Erhardt-Straße" you will directly get to "Reeperbahn", where we will warmly welcome you.
by bus / train...
The S-Bahn station "Reeperbahn" and a taxi stand are only a few meters away.An Express bus shuttle to/from Hamburg's airport with bus number 52 is available from Altona Bus station.
