- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, a fixed fee of ?20 is charged to cover bank and administration costs. - If cancelled between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card. - If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card. - Cancellations part way through your stay, the remaining booked nights will be charged in full.
