This is a high-rise building with plenty of parking to the front.

There is a health club with a 25 metre outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, plunge pool, gym, aerobics studio and juice bar. Further, there is a volleyball court, a billiard room, tennis courts, squash courts, fitness equipment and watersports.This is one of the most well known of Muscat's hotels and indeed one of the best. The medium sized rooms are well appointed with an in-room safe, remote control television, movie and satellite channels, direct-dial telephones, bathroom telephone, dual voltage power points, minibar, bathrobes, laundry and valet service and 24 hour room service. All rooms are in good condition.
