It is 100 m from the nearest bus stop and there are restaurants, bars and nightspots just 150 m from the accommodation.
It is next to the golf course and 500 m from the popular sand dunes of Maspalomas beach and guests will also find a shopping centre, medical centre and bus stop nearby.
The area enjoys good road connections including the island's main highway which runs between the airport and the capital, as well as to its main beaches.
