If client cancels his/her reservation : 15 days before arrival date = no cancellation fees 14 - 07 days before arrival date = 50% of the total stay as cancellation fees 6 or less days before arrival date = full cancellation fees You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

The complex has a breakfast area. The sea front has a good selection of bars, tavernas and restaurants.
The studios are painted white with a swimming pool in front of them and the rest of the beach club complex adjacent.
The is a great property in the heart of one of the best beach areas with excellent facilities giving guests the choice of the swimming pools or the beach where there is a great selection of water sports to entertain all ages. Please note that the proximity to the surrounding beach bars means that during the high season noise can be heard in the studios.(0109/AC)
The spacious, light and airy studios are decorated to a very high standard with,tiled floors and a white and cream colour scheme contrasted by dark wood furniture. They are fully equipped with all modern facilities including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine, satellite television, safety deposit box, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace.
Guests may take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out for use and may be hired on the sandy and pebble beach.

18 kms to the nearest airport (santorini airport)
The hotel is located directly on the beach, just 10 m from the black sandy beach of Perivolos where there are sun beds and parasols and about 200 m from the centre of the resort, Perivolos, where there are restaurants and bars. The next resort, Perissa, is only 2 km away with many large supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Santorini National Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 15 km.
