Cleaning
Good for smaller kids, but little organised for older. Mine are 11 & 12. There are 2 full time entertainment staff and they could do so much more. It’s an entirely German hotel which is fine, however some evening entertainment was only in German. Food great if you eat meat & fish, not if you’re vegetarian. Reception staff, waiters and cleanliness great. I find it so odd that they cover the water fountain in the evening to try and force you to buy drinks.

Negative: Entertainment staff could do more throughout the day.
