The conference hotel was named in honour of the man and artist who designed the city's symbol of cultural identity, the Manizales Cathedral. The air-conditioned business hotel was founded on January 1st, 2005 and offers guests 18 room in total. The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
