This 45-room hotel was first constructed in the 13th century when it was used first as a mill and later as an oil mill. Since then it has been renovated and transformed into a modern hotel but that still remains faithful to its historic appeal. The building still features some of its original structure and respects its surrounding environment by producing fine bio-organic products and preserving its beauty. This is a stylish hotel divided in 4 main buildings, 2 of which are dedicated to residences, one to communal services and one to a beauty and health centre, adults only. Shared facilities available to guests at this family-friendly establishment include 24-hour reception and check-out services and a restaurant. Internet access, Minibar and bathrobe are in deluxe room.
It is situated between Grosseto end Follonica on the road called SS1. When take the SS1 the exit is called Gavorrano Scalo, after that follows the direction to Caldana. When arrive at Bivio di Caldana see the sign for Montebelli.
