As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.

Negative: Needed some type of dresser.Didnt like the shower head. Spilled out all directions. The faucet also..
Positive: Good location, ocean view, ocean sound and drinking water on every level of property
Positive: The location was great. Staff was friendly. Fresh water appreciated.
Negative: The bathroom was horrible. It was awkward to get in and out and to navigate multiple shower curtains for privacy. Water pressure not good. Water also splashed everywhere. Lighting in room was not sufficient.
Positive: The room was clean. Nothing fancy. Great view of the ocean. Nice pool and chairs.
Negative: Beds could have been a little more comfortable.

Negative: We arrived at 11:30am. Were told to come back later to check in. Came back at 5:30pm and all but one seldom used room had been assigned. Had asked for a king bed. No longer available. Should have been assigned a room when we arrived at 11:30am. Room had dead bugs all over the floor. Dead bug under pillow. Bath floor was filthy. Headrest on white chair in the room was black from greasy hair. Curtain in Bath had several areas of mold. Mattresses are old and worn out. At check in we were told we would be charged for keys if we did not turn them in. At 7:00 am we went to check out and were told by the man sweeping the floor that no one would be at the desk until noon. How do you check out?? He made a phone call. Waited until 7:30am and a guy wandered up to take the keys. We had to catch the 8:00am ferry.

Positive: Clean, safe, close to restaurants, quite Nice staff, great ocean view, easy access to getting drinking water. Nice pool.
Negative: TV was difficult to navigate if aren’t familiar with how to use~ but then we just kept it off and listened to the ocean
Positive: I had the top floor with a corner view of the Ocean and town. It had beautiful views . The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores and very walkable neighborhood. Yet it was quiet . Nice swimming pool . Plenty of closet space. Modern vibe style
Negative: I have only one complaint, It needed more accessible outlets for charging devices Phones, iPads etc…. There was one outlet that the Coffee maker , fridge and tv are pugged into. And the other one was behind the bed , not only was it in a odd location it didn’t work. If you have devices to charge you may need to bring your own extension cord and power strip.

Negative: The bathrooms have a particular smell. Could be due to the humidity…
Positive: This hotel was clean and beautiful. I loved the open air style and the pool was beautiful. The best part of the room is the balcony looking out over the ocean. The constant waves crashing over the rocky coast provided a soothing soundtrack to our stay. The concierge was very helpful and even made restaurant reservations for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Negative: One minor drawback was the water pressure was quite low. Showers took a little longer but what's your rush? You're on island time!
Positive: The room view is spectacular... the balcony's view at room 23 is amazing..
Negative: The hotel is in poor shape, the hotel is dirty and needs renovation, really tacky... the room next door was being renovated so, from 9am to 5pm there were people hammering the walls as the room was getting renovated, when we complained, the staff said they could not stop the renovation.. The staff also disclosed the owners NEVER go to the hotel, we will never go again to this hotel EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Positive: Best view on the Island. Pleasant helpful staff. Room was clean. All in all a nice stay.
Negative: The shower head sprayed out of the shower area. Three light were out in the room. Not as clean as in the past, especially the outside walkways and stairs. Pool was green and water was not changed so we didn’t use it.

Positive: Absolutely perfect location if you want to walk most places. Can't beat the ocean view. Price was good. Nice little pool.
Negative: I had the lowest level room, so can't judge the higher rooms. Our TV sound didn't work most of the time, theydid fix it eventually. Room was dated and a bit boring style wise. But was worth the money just for view and location. Stairs VERY slick with wet feet. Make sure you wear Sandals. I fell down a flight of stairs and was pretty bruised for the week. Thank God nothing broke.but over all I would go back.

Positive: We stay at this hotel 4 times a year. We love the location and the beds. A/C works great and the fridge is a plus, housekeeping in exceptional!! And convenient parking for our golf cart rental

Negative: We hoped we were on an upper floor to Avoid encounters with critters and the lock for the door didn’t seem very secure but other than this we enjoyed our stay.
