Positive: Beautiful pool area and directly on the beach. Private beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Also very close walking distance to the popular strip with many stores, bars and restaurants
Positive: They were so hospitable and kind. Offering help whenever needed.
Negative: Toilet had no room and should be switched place with bidet. However the place was anazing!

Negative: The staff, especially the supervisor treated us bad. We were having a pizza on the terace and she sent the staff to ask is to move to the room, eventhough we bought coffee from them. They did not allow us eat at the pool, but did not comment on other families doing the same. I payed for a triple room and the third bed was a folding one, unconfortable, and all the air from the con was drifting right into my face. The internet connection was poor. They make you pay for everything: beds at the pool or the sea, towel renting and there is no water, coffee or tea in the room.
Positive: Other than the room being dated everything was great. Prefect location! The staff was extremely accommodating.

Positive: From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the team were very welcoming and helpful. Room exceed our expectation on size and with a modern bathroom. loved some of the quirky art work in the room and around the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Amazing value and hotel has its own pool and right beside the beach close to all shopping facilities only steps away.

Positive: Location and Staff !!!!
Negative: Towels were not changed daily. Maybe i didnt put it on the floor.. bit otherwise the staff was so good that if I had requested..they might had changed on asking. Super hospitality.
