This design hotel comprises a total of 32 guest rooms and suites spread across 3 storeys. Guests are welcomed into a lobby, and on-site facilities include lift access and a restaurant. The establishment can cater to events of all sizes with its vaulted cellar and conference/banquet hall. It also provides a catering service for external events. Room and laundry services are provided, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. Those wishing to explore the local area can hire bikes from reception.
Guests can check in between 4 pm and 9 pm and are requested to check out between 8 am and 11 am on the day of their departure. Cancellations or alterations made before 6 pm on the day of arrival are without an extra charge.

This establishment enjoys a tranquil, almost rural location in the wine-growing region of Olewig, yet it lies just a few minutes from the centre of Trier. The local bus stop is around 200 metres away, whilst the centre of Trier, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car, features an array of restaurants, shops and attractions. Saarbrücken is some 80 km from the accommodation.
