The private homes are located in one of Florida's most sophisticated areas. Whereever the home is located guests will never by far from the ocean and some of Florida's most beautiful beaches.
Key collection for your Naples/Marco Island Home wil be from the Charde Rentals office, located on Marco Island. Full details will be given with your booking confirmation, and should you arrive after normal office hours, your keys and directions will be left in the lock box also located at the Chard Rentals office. A major credit card will be required when your register/check-in for your villa. This is used as a security deposit incase there is any damage done to the house during your stay. The card will not be charged unless there is damada done.
The home will be traditionally Floridian, with white or bright colours, throughout, a private pool, and open plan rooms to give the home as much light as possible. Furnishing will also follow the true Floridian taste with pastel colours to give the feel of a tropical paradise.

How to arrive
Located in South West Florida, the small Marco Island is a tropical paradise. It is only 6.4 km wide by 9.6 km long Marco Island. The island's rich attributes include white sandy beaches, exceptional fishing, sensational seafood and magnificent sunsets.
From the Orlando Area: Locate and join Interstate I.4 heading West towards Tampa, exit at junction 9 and join Interstate I.75 South signposted to Naples. Drive 257 km and exit at junction 101 signposted 951/Collier Boulevard and Marco Island. Join 951 heading South to Marco Island, cross over bridge onto Marco Island and 3.4 km after the bridge tuen right into Saturn Court, and then first right again into the parking lot of Charde Rentals. This is where you will register and collect your villa key.
