Complex of apartments placed to 150 meters of the center of Pas's Andorran locality of the House and to 90 meters of the tracks and of the mechanical repairs(lifts) that cover the whole domain(control) esquiable of GRANDVALIRA from this location.
All his units have of kitchenette equipped with basic furniture according to the capacity of the housing, electrical plates or vitrocerámica, refrigerator - freezer, hornomicroondas, complete bath or shower and heating.
There are studios and apartments of varying sizes. Studios 2/4 have a small room with a bunk bed for 2 people and a living room with sofa bed. Studios 4/6 have a small room for 2 people and lounge with 2 couches. Duplexes 4/6 are the same as the studios 4/6, but on 2 levels. Apartments 5/7 feature 1 bedroom, 2 sofa beds and a bunk bed in a small room. The Duplex 5/7 offers 1 bedroom and 2 double rooms with bunk beds on 2 levels. There is a door separating the small room and living room. Facilities available include a kitchenette with fridge, en suite bathroom with shower, satellite TV, pay phone, central heating, bed linen and towels. The rooms additionally come with a safe and a balcony or terrace. Cots are provided subject to availability.
Other activities available in the area include snowmobiling, trekking, mountain biking, four-wheeling and horse riding.
Tax Information
Tourist tax in Andorra: a tax per person and night will be applied to clients, aged 16 or over, who stay at the hotel from Friday, July 1, 2022 and later (including those who are already staying from dates above). For stays of more than 7 days in the same accommodation, only the first 7 nights will be paid. Payment exceptions affect those under 15 years of age, stays of 8 or more nights (from the eighth night), Andorran residents and other groups that do not affect travel agencies and tour operators.
How to arrive
The apartments are strategically located for skiing and mountain fans. Pas de la Casa is a small town with a multitude of shops, restaurants and bars (about 1 km from the apartments).
