For any cancellation/no-show within 72 hours prior to arrival, 1 night fee will be charged during normal season. Up to 3 nights fee will be charged during high season (1 Jul 08 until 26 Sep 08) and peak season (27 Sep 08 until 11 Oct 08 + 24 Dec 08 until 6 Jan 09). All rates are inclusive of all tax and service charges.

This hotel is a small family-run property, providing friendly and personalised services and comprising a total of 30 guest rooms. Guests will immediately sense the cleanliness and natural touch of Bali's friendly atmosphere upon arriving at the air-conditioned hotel. The lobby is home to a 24-hour check-out service, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and a newspaper stand, and other on-site facilities include a hairdressing salon and a café, bar and restaurant. WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services are provided (the latter incurs a fee). Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage, whilst those looking to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception (fees apply).
The hotel's breezy restaurant is popular with guests and passing trade due to its cleanliness and reasonable price. It serves Indonesian, Chinese, and western favourites. Mineral water is used in the preparation of all food and drink. A breakfast buffet is served daily.
Every standard room is air-conditioned (individually regulated) and comes with a clean and simple décor. Families can either stay in the large family room or in a junior suite, which includes a new concept room within a room, providing extra privacy and comfort for parents staying with children. The separate children's area has a double bunk bed. The en suite bathrooms feature a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, and in-room amenities include double/king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. Balconies/terraces are provided.
A small swimming pool is located in the central courtyard, and is surrounded by the restaurant and guest rooms. A children's swimming area is attached to the main pool and guests should be sure to try out a water massage from the waterfall. For a fee guests can use the sun loungers or enjoy a massage or spa service, which are only available for in-house guests. More active guests can play tennis or go surfing at the nearby sandy beach, which also features sun loungers and parasols (fees apply). Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the Grand Beach Bali course, which is 15 km away.

This family-friendly hotel enjoys a central location at South Kuta Beach. The establishment is just a 5-minute walk from Tuban Beach and the Waterbom Recreational Park, and is approximately 10 minutes from The Discovery Shopping Mall. Guests will find bars, pubs, nightlife spots, shops and tourist attractions within the hotel's immediate vicinity and the capital of Bali, Denpasar, is 20 km away. Ngurah Rai International Airport is only a 10-minute from the accommodation.
