As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.

    I enjoyed ro stay in this hotel because is localed in the heart of Playa del Carmen. You don’t need transportation in the city. The room was clean with balcon and A/C.

    Positive: Read above

    Negative: Bad and slow service in the restaurant, we decided to take our breakfast in another place.
