The Wildflower Restaurant combines the best of local, Chinese, and western cuisine. Guests can sit out on the outdoor terrace and enjoy a steamboat for two. For larger groups a barbeque party can be organised on the open air terrace. And as for breakfast, it is recommended not to miss the chef's specially-made breads and pastries - served piping hot from the oven.
Designed in the style of ethnic longhouses, the resort, which has 40 rooms in total is built on wooden stilts, three metres above the ground. Linked by a series of wooden walkways, the resort stands on the banks of the Melinau River, in the midst of breathtaking, natural splendour. The resort is an international class nature and activities destination, offering the best combination of resort activities, nature and comfort. It is air-conditioned and offers bar and dining facilities. WLAN access is also available.
The tastefully designed suite rooms, all come with rich parquet floorings, en suite bathroom with bath and shower and hot and cold running water, minibar, individually adjustable air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and standard amenities. What better way to relax after enjoying a days adventures than with one of the many treatments that are available at the spa. A black pepper detox is the speciality treatment offered at the spa. The treatment promises to refresh and energise. It starts off with a body cleanser and scrub to remove dead skin cells, followed by a massage using a blend of black pepper essential oils, a body mask/wrap and ends with body toning. The benefit of this treatment is to rid the body of toxins and regulate water retention, regulate the digestive system, and while keeping the body warm ease muscle and joint problems. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Badminton is also an option.

How to arrive
The resort is located in the Baram district in the state of Sarawak, on the island of Borneo. It is on the banks of the Melinau River, near the Gunung Mulu National Park, home of lush rainforest and some of the most amazing cave systems in the world, the Deer and Lang Caves and the Wind and Clearwater Caves. The city of Brunei is also closeby. The nearest large settlement is Marudi, and the nearest large town is Miri.
