The hotel, formerly a jewel of the hotel's of Sfax, has seen a true rebirth after more than one year of refurbishment work. The old building of Neo-Moorish inspiration, which is now protected as an inheritance of the city, was embellished and extended to give rise to a truly deluxe hotel. While the exterior architecture maintains continuity with tradition, the interior decor proves more contemporary. Panels of exotic wood line the corridors and the rooms with generous dimensions. Pieces of furniture, exquisitely made with refined materials including the noble and sensual presence of wood, create the perfect environment for guests and their loved ones. This charming city hotel consists of a total of 137 rooms and suites. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, hairdressing salon, conference facilities, Internet access, and room and laundry services. Guests can wine and dine in the restaurant, café, bar or pub, whilst those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the hotel car park or garage.

The principal restaurant serves international dishes and local specialities à la carte for dinner. The hotel also features an à la carte restaurant for lunches, a pizzeria, a large lounge bar and a piano bar. Breakfast is served in buffet form, whilst lunch and dinner are also available from a set menu and in buffet form.
The rooms come with individually adjusted air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, telephone with international hotline, high-speed Internet access, a hairdryer, minibar and a safe. Each also comes with an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower and separate WC. The hotel is located in the centre of Sfax, a 10-minute walk from the train station, with numerous attractions nearby, including the Old Medina with its shopping opportunities and tourist office. Sfax Thyna Airport is 6 km from the hotel.
