Free cancellation can be made up until 30 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 50% of the entire stay will be charged.

Sourranded by a beatiful natural setting, guests are immersed in peace and tranquillity, in an uncontamineted landscape near the most beautiful and renowed cultural and artistic cities of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Pisa). Guests are wellcomed in single apartments, elegantly furnished, situated in the medieval stone built farm setting of Cerreto. All apartments have an independent entrance, are suuplied with an equpped kitchen or Kitchenette, outdoor reseved area and parking. Apartments are rented weekly FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY(whole year round) or FOR SHORTER PERIOD (in certain times of the year).THE SWIMMING POOL only 20 m. from the apartments,has a magnificent view on the hills around (CRETE SENESI) and on SIENA and is open from June to September.
