"The hotel takes 30% of the booking total amount as guarantee. Should a client cancel his/her reservation, the following fees will be due : Any cancellation that occurs less than 7 days from the expected arrival date : no penality In case of cancellation between 7 and 1 days from the expected arrival date: the 30% of gurantee will be charged In case of a No-Show at the Hotel: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation."
