Positive: Location was perfect. Close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
Negative: Everything was fine. A little traffic noise, but that is unavoidable.

Positive: Location was great!!! I lived having a deck to sit on in the evenings. Great AC. Very quiet and it seemed like we were the only ones there.
Negative: The beds were very hard. There were ants in the bathroom. The patio door was challenging to open and close.

Positive: Location close to train station and city center. Room and washroom were clean and tidy. Staff was nice and courteous. there was no breakfast option. Wifi was decent too. Everything was mostly good, not bad but not excellent. Would recommend for a couple if you want to be out exploring most of the time coming to the room to sleep, change, use washroom, etc.
Negative: No luggage storage option for the next day after checkout. We had to pay money to find a luggage deposit place near the train station.

Positive: The location was good. It was an easy walk to the main part of the city. The room was big. I liked the balcony.
Negative: I thought more of a breakfast was included. It was just coffee and some snacks. I was told breakfast was until 10am, we would come out between 9-9:30am and it was not a full breakfast. It was packaged snacks. There are 3 keys to use. We struggled a bit with the key to enter our room.
Positive: great location set back on a street away from the main road, modern, comfortable bed, private terrace, welcoming and helpful staff, super clean. great value for money.

Positive: The reef was clean and welcoming. I loved love the breakfast cookies and coffee in the morning! My room was cute and very clean and I slept great and I loved my balcony! Eugenio and his brother were great and I felt very safe there. A couple of supermarkets just a few houses away which was great for snacks and waters.
Negative: No negatives at all!
Positive: Location is perfect, it is close to the city Centre and the train station and the port are located within short walking distance, giving possibility to easily arrive at the hotel and to have comfortable trips from Sorrento to the various destinations with the train, bus or ferry.
