Updating availability and prices
You will find Sakala Residence apartments right in the center of Tallinn, in just a few minutes walking distance (400 meters) from the medieval Old Town. There are 11 apartments, all comfortable, fully furnished and equipped 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. 1-bedroom apartments are for max 2 persons, 2-bedroom apartments are for max 4 persons and 3-bedroom apartments are for max 6 persons.
Accommodation in apartments is an ideal alternative for travelers, who are tired of hotel living. Staying in an apartment offers the comfort of a hotel room, with all the space, freedom and flexibility of your own home. The apartments are spacious enough for you to feel at home, for working or receiving guests or even for cooking them a delicious dinner.
Please note that prices do not include breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
Bookings for 1-2 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 3-6 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay
Bookings for 7 nights and more:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay
The amount of the first night will be charged on your credit card in case of late cancellation or no show. NON-REFUNDABLE SPECIAL OFFERS CONDITIONS: The full amount of your stay will be charged directly at reservation time on your credit card and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no show.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 4 days before check in date
