Castelvecchio B&B is situated in a private apartment with elevator, on the second floor, in the historical center of Verona close to all major city sites and monuments, only 50 meters away from the central square of the city, Piazza Brà, where you can find the world famous Arena of Verona.
B&B has got four bedrooms, three rooms with double beds and one room with twin beds; two bathrooms with shower; a spacious kitchen with microwave, kettle for tea and coffee machine for breakfast.
Each guest has his own keys to be free to access the property whenever he needs it.
The prices shown are per room inclusive of bed and breakfast.
Service, hospitality, cleanliness, respect, politeness and understanding are our duty.
Cancellations 24 hours before arrival.
Payment in cash upon arrival.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS
· When booking you must indicate an estimated time of arrival; please be as precise as possible so we will not keep you waiting for a long time.
· When booking it is compulsory to indicate a valid mobile number including international phone code
(Ex. +39 for Italy) so we can contact you if needed.
· Our B&B is located in a private flat. Outside there is no sign for it but you can find our name directly on the door bell. ? BB Castelvecchio ?
· CHECK-IN from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
· CHECK-OUT within 10:30 am
· Guests will be accepted after that time only if previously agreed.
Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. not previously agreed: 20 ? surcharge per person depending on staff availability.
· The full balance due must be paid at check-in time when you receive the keys.
Payments are accepted only in cash. Credit card payments cannot be accepted.
· The B&B can be reached by car, but it hasn? t got a private car park.
· Print the map before your departure!
· Further information can be found at the Tourist Office in the Main Railway Station or next to the Town Hall in Piazza Brà. Qualified staff will be glad to help you.
