Positive: when I stayed they have just renovated so everything is perfect, room is very nice and clean and comfortable, staff are so friendly. Location is right in the center of the Old Quarter.
Negative: A bit on a high floor but good for exercise.
Positive: It is great stay in this hotel. staff is perfect, Mrs. Nancy there are willing to give you the answer for any questions you want. I book Halong bay one day with her, it can be said cheapest in my group and it is fantastic. The room is good with the price I paid, enough for my trip, most important is clean and safe and have almost what you want for your trip, a bit noisy at night as it is in the center of the Old Quarter but it will fine for sleeping time. It is so funny there specially for young people.
Negative: A bit noisy until 11:00 PM. After that it is fine.
