Exit the airport following all signs to Athens. Take exit K2 off the airport exit road to Highway 6 (toll road). Drive for approximately 25 km and take exit 11. Kifissias Avenue splits. Take the right side of the avenue called Zirini Street which changes first to Kiriazi Street and then to Levidu Street. Turn right onto the 5th street called Kolokotroni Street. Driving up the street, the hotel will be visible on the left-hand side.

DecaArchitecture, an award-winning team of international architects, preserved the structure of the existing historical building, a 19th century watermill. Working on a careful refurbishment strategy, the team proceeded with interventions that added functionality and created a harmonious co-existence of old and new. Foremost among them is the addition of an elongated U-shaped glass volume, which covers the short elevation of the building and contains the elevator.
