Food was either Undercooked or barely warm or overcooked food. I was disgusted one night when they were carving a leg of pork and as they cut into it it was raw but they carried on serving it. We witnessed uncooked burgers being sent back to the kitchen also. I did complain and the next two or three nights there was an improvement.
Positive: The beds were changed on a regular basis and although the rooms were very clean they were very tired.
Negative: For the cost incurred I was really disappointed with the standard of the food and would not recommend the hotel that anybody. I tried to purchase a mojito made with proper Bacardi but was told they weren?t allowed to use it for cocktails I even offered to pay extra but still they refused to make one for me with Bacardi.
