Positive: Room: I was glad there was a kettle to boil water. Hostess at breakfast was very nice and super accommodating, reception lady also super helpful. Overall nice location but a little far from downtown.

Positive: Nice hotel on a wonderful location in the south of Amsterdam, not too far from Museumplein. Spacious room, good bed, silent, can open a window for fresh air.

Positive: Exterior seating area with fire place allows a relaxed end of the day chat with our party. Services were all we needed and the property offered a clean and comfortable base to operated from.

Positive: The service by team members was top notch! Also the breakfast buffet was fantastic…..great variety…including warm croissants hot out of the oven!!
Negative: No face cloths/wash cloths supplied in our room…only hand towels and bath size towels. Needed wash cloths for face!
Positive: the hotel is for hospital paitents I think - it has an dark calm and serene vibe - not something you will enjoy for vaction
Negative: they would have made it livlier - the hotel staff was entirely unavaialble as they are pushing for self registration - requests were left unanswered and the breakfast made me sick - the breakfast was lousy
Positive: We loved staying at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great, it's in a calm and green neighborhood, easily accessible to the center by walk/tram.
