Renovated in 2003, this hotel comprises a total of 124 rooms spread over 18 floors, including 20 suites and two wheelchair accessible rooms. The spacious lobby features a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, and a cloakroom. Also to be found in this fully air-conditioned establishment are a café and a conference room. Room and laundry services complete the offerings, and there is on-site parking for those guests arriving by car.

Rates advertised on Venere are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person will be charged $20 CAD per night. A maximum of 4 people is allowed in the following room categories: Signature Double, Privilege room or Suites. All other room types can accommodate 2 people. For proper cancellation, guest must notify us before 4:00pm (ET) the day prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in a penalty equivalent to a one night stay, with taxes.

Each of the comfortable rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi, and Internet access. A kitchenette, a small fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed, a hire safe, carpeted flooring, and a sitting area are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.
