Some staff was really good, friendly and helpful, some was just present...
The cleaningness was not the best and neither was attention to detail.
Positive: Rooms spacious and with a great view
Negative: The room lights can only be controlled by a remote, that failed twice on my parents room. Decor is tired and worn in the common areas. The breakfast had a nice variety but the quality didn't match it. I was disappointed it didn't serve more local/azorean products. We were discouraged to use the car park as it is small and difficult to exit. We had to park on the street and the nearby public parking area is at the bottom of a steep hill, needing to drop my parents at the door, go park and then climb the hill to get back to the hotel.
