Positive: Location, style
Negative: Decoration getting wear out
Positive: Gym was well equipped. Team on reception were helpful.
Negative: As above. Room was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Metal panel fell out of ceiling. No apology of offer of anything.
Positive: It was clean and the breakfast was good
Negative: Couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the hotel opposite which was playing loud music into the early hours of the morning
Positive: Very clean and convenient
Positive: The locations was perfect for what we wanted, Train, Tram and places to eat. Perfect spot to stay for if you are going to a football match. Food is great

Positive: location breakfast nice big bed air con
Negative: nothing
Positive: The lift was out of order and we were on the 6th floor which actually is 12 flights of stairs each time. Hilton compensated us by knocking off £50 for each room. But think they also should have thrown in the breakfast as it was a nightmare going up and dow to our rooms Rooms was good Breakfast was good Staff were good
Negative: as above
Positive: Near piccadilly station and the center where everything is there
Negative: The lifts were not working and we had to use the stairs all the times specially we are in high floor
Positive: The Suite on the 10th floor was lovely, great location, breakfast was good. Staff were brilliant.
Negative: stayed for the weekend and on the second day no lifts (as the last working one and service lift went down) and as a disabled individual the 10th floor wasn't possible. The manager did relocate me to the 3rd floor and offered to switch me to a different hotel but as I was down for the boxing with friends the other hotel option wasn't viable. (This was a real struggle as my knees have no Cartlidge, i have bone on bone, which up and down the stairs wasn't great.) The staff, suite, breakfast was all brilliant it was just the inconvenience of the lift. I did feel sorry for Andrew, the general manager and the staff as this was out of their control but my review reflects my experience. If the lifts were working this would have been 10/10.
Positive: Location was good
Negative: Spoilt by taking an extra £50 when I got there when everything was paid for already ,
Positive: It was nice and quiet room and the comfort and size of the room was good
Negative: Everything was good but the parking fee was too high
Positive: Good
Negative: Not perfect
Positive: For the price paid,, I would have expected breakfast as an add on.
Positive: room - was sufficient space to work Breakfast - decided against as expensive for what would have been coffee and toast
Positive: Not applicable
Negative: Waiting for my room to b ready after the official check in time of 3 pm
Positive: Staff friendly Good location Room good standard
Negative: Nothing
