How to arrive
This family-friendly city hotel is around a 15-minute drive from the centre of Guadalajara, where guests will find a number of restaurants, shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife and Guadalajara's exhibition centre. The historical old town is around an 8-minute drive from the business hotel and Guadalajara International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

Negative: Beds were small. Room service was not great. Room was hot and humid - the air-conditioner was not working properly and we had to call for maintenance to fix it. The room was very basic, no decor - just beds and shower and drawers.

Negative: We had an issue with the water faucet and shower!! Also didn’t like that they only give you two 355ml of bottled water, they should provide more or at least a bigger size!!! Our room had a super small TV and I hated the view! The breakfast buffet has the same menu since 5 years ago. Change it up. There is one waiter who is very rude and gives you nasty looks
