After crossing Brentwood Road and Florida Avenue, drive over 2 to 3 sets of traffic lights and turn left into North Capitol Street. Continue for 7 blocks to North Capitol Street 520, N.W.. The Phoenix Park Hotel is a large, brownstone building with a green canopy and is situated on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and North Capitol. From the South: Take Interstate 95 North till Interstate 395 over the Potomac River (14th Street Bridge). After the bridge continue on 14th Street then turn right into Pennsylvania Avenue. Continue in the direction of the U.S. Capitol until passing the Canadian Embassy on the left hand side and the National Art Gallery on the right hand side. Now turn left into Louisiana Avenue. Union Stadium is straight ahead. Continue on for two streets until reaching North Capitol Street. Turn left. The Phoenix Park Hotel is a brownstone building with a green canopy on the left hand side on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue. From the railway station: the hotel is situated only one block from the Amtrak train station. Go straight down Massachusetts Avenue.
