Positive: The location is exceptional and the view even better. You can walk easily to the main road for frequent public busses in both directions. You can also walk to Poseidon Terme or just to Cetara Beach town with many restaurants and beach. We had excellent meals at Molo 82 at Cetara Beach. Dinners at Forio's O' Romantico and Bella Napoli Pizzeria both in town on the main beach road. We came to Ischia for the thermal waters and so went on separate days via the public bus to Negombo, Poseidon and Castiglione. All were wonderful each in their own way. Can't decide if there was "a better". They are each worth a whole day and you won't be sorry! Our room #121 had a generously- sized terrace where we enjoyed sunsets every evening. This was a very nice room. The owner/ managers at the desk were exceptionally helpful in many ways as we needed cabs, advice on weather or directions to the various places we wanted to visit. Always attentive, helpful, caring we had the info we needed. You will be in good hands.
Negative: We didn't know the bathroom water in the room is non- potable! There is a small fridge so we could buy water outside and bring it back. The bathroom lighting could be a lot brighter. The breakfast was adequate.

Positive: Nicely located, very close to bus stop. Breakfast is very good and fresh! Place is very cozy and view is spectacular. It was an excellent stay, beach clubs and restaurants are amazing. Wish we would have stayed longer, will be back! Enjoy the pool, but it’s thermal water and stainless mine and my daughters bathing suites.

Positive: The pool and location were great, The gentlemen on reception were so attentive and helpful nothing was a problem. The proximity to the poisedon thermal park was fantastic, we spent a day there which was a great experience would definitely recommend. We appreciated the beach towels we got for the period of our stay. Overall the hotel was good value for what we paid.
Negative: There really wasn't anything I didn't like perhaps a suggestion in the evening some background music on the terrace might add further ambience as the views and sunsets are really beautiful.

Positive: The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Everyone was kind and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet everyone from the hotel Staff Team. The pool was awesome - warm thermal water, clean, with bubbes and surrounded by various types of plants and flowers. Everything very well maintained by a gardener whom I've seen everyday. Aditionally, from the pool area there was a stunning view on the sea (sunset side). Just a couple of minutes of walk there is a beach and plenty restaurants. We also lunched in the hotel's restaurant - the portions were plentiful and dishes very tasty. I will definately consider to stay at this hotel again.
Positive: The staff was without exception absolutely excellent. Check-in was easy and all questions were answered beyond satisfaction. The same applies to the adjacent restaurant staff and cleaning personnel. The rooms were a decent size, fully stocked, clean and the water pressure and temperature very satisfactory. The views are wonderful if your room is above the ground floor. Assistance from the staff was prompt and every taxi requested arrived expediently and we had no issues with fares or the service. The restaurant lunch and dinners exceeded by far my expectations. Usually, consistency is lacking wherever we dine more than once, but every meal was excellent to the point that we were glad to not venture out when the mood did not permit.
Negative: 1. The beds were very, very firm, keeping us restless throughout the night. 2. The breakfast quickly became somewhat boring with the same meat, scrambled eggs and cheese served daily. We hoped for some variety at times. 3. The Hotel location is not perfect, requiring a ride to get just about anywhere. But, the personnel and the more quiet location negated this fact. 4. The thermal heated pool was nice, but a bit small and not too exciting.
