Villa Patrizia, built at the end of the 1800's was transformed into a hotel in the 50's. Situated in the middle of a garden full of Mediterranean plants, the structure with it's exclusive private beach mirrors itself along Mazzarò bay. Even today, the Villa conserves its antique charm, that of a noble private residence. Beautiful paintings and precious antique items internally enrich the Villa, that undoubtedly complement the Villa's theme perfectly. Most of the recently refurbished, luminous, cosy rooms overlook the sea of the Mazzarò bay. There is also a Keralia comfort centre, a Diving centre and an area reserved for meetings, conventions and banquets.

For reservations cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival, a penalty fee equal to one night stay will be charged, every three reserved nights. In case of early departure, 30% of the value of the reserved and confirmed nights will be charged as a penalty fee. The hotel's restaurant Oliviero serves typical Sicilian cuisine. Breakfast is served as a buffet and lunch and dinner may be enjoyed à la carte.

The nearest connection to the public transport network is roughly 50 metres from the hotel. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away and Palermo Airport is approximately 270 km from the hotel.
