The hotel is a yellow palace situated in the historical centre of Spello near the 2 most important churches of Spello: St. Andrea and St. Maria Maggiore. It is a nice village in green Umbria at only a 15 km distance from Assisi. The bus station is roughly 200 m from the hotel and the train station is about 1.5 km away. Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 200 km.
