Positive: Small property in good location a block away from the lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with many choices. Excellent bar in the lobby. Lovely little town.
Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Family owned and operated you could tell they care about their guests. The location is perfect, straight walk down to the water and restaurants no more than 4 minutes to get there. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff was element! Nice touch with fresh omelette or keys!
Negative: Our only dislike was the parking, hotel has an agreement with a local parking lot but it’s about 10 min walk from property. You can off load and load at the door, but anytime you need to go to the car it’s a good 10 min so planning ahead is key. There is a closer public parking lot but the hotel does not have an agreement with them so you need to pay their prices which is significantly more than the other parking lot.
Positive: Great location. Convenient to the lake and all shops and restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious!

Negative: I have to look hard for a negative. But there was some mold in the bathroom. Not much else, it’s a great hotel.
Positive: The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was located within easy walking distance to the lake shore and restaurants. I was not able to have breakfast due to an early departure.
Negative: The room was small and very plain (but very clean) I am guessing that the room rate was good for the area, but we had just paid the same on the north side of the lake for a much nicer situation.
Positive: An old-school Italian hotel, took me back to the childhood. The room decor a bit dated, but everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Great location. The breakfast was fantastic and definitely something that makes you forget about the dated rooms. Good value for an area with a lot of tourists at any time of the year.

Negative: The property needs to be updated. New bedding and pillows and new paint in rooms and hallways and carpeting in the hallways. It could be great with some simple changes and some reinvestment in the property.
