Free cancellation can be made up until 7 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

The new Hotel Residence Zust is located in Verbania on the western lake shore of Lago Maggiore, just 0.9 miles away from the town centre and well connected by a bus service. The property features a bar, an Internet Point, the wireless Internet connection at the reception, outdoor and indoor play areas for children, swimming pool with pool bar, complimentary parking garage, and a private beach equipped with beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs. Pets are not allowed. Please note: The swimming pool will be open from April 21, 2011 until September 18, 2011. A bathing cap is mandatory.
