Updating availability and prices
In case of reservations confirmed with credit card,the client can cancel the reservation 24 hrs. before the actual arrival date (at the latest till 1 p.m. local time) without being charged. In case of a reservation cancelled within 24 hrs before the date of arrival or in case of no-show (the guest will not arrive) the guest is due to pay the price for the room for the first night. Payment and cancellation policy for groups (10 people and more) will be agreed individually.

The hotel offers first-rate accommodation in 87 double rooms with air-conditioning and luxury apartments. There is a restaurant, café, bar, conference facilities and a car park at the hotel. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with a 24-hour reception. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and WLAN Internet access. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services.

The shopping centre can be reached in 2 minutes (near the exit of the D5 motorway). There is a beautiful view of the Uhlava River valley and Radyne castle. Links to the public transport network are a stone's throw from the hotel and the bus and railway stations are around 6 km and 3 km away, respectively.
