During winter months, guests will enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the B&B lounge, while in summertime, on the small terrace on the top floor, guests will admire splendid panoramic views over the Monti Sibillini, the soft rolling hills of Piceno, the monumental roman bridge of Augustus and the medieval towers of Ascoli Piceno.
