Positive: Nice room with large comfy bed, newly furbished. Very functional and illuminated, even has a balcony. And charming building. The hotel location is perfect, literally steps from Les Halles and walking distance from the beach. And the staff are awesome.
Positive: Beautiful rooms. A very peaceful and relaxing hotel, but in the heart of the city. Easy walk to the city beach, and just across the road from the lovely old market building. Will definitely be back in Biarritz and will definitely try to stay here again!
Positive: The location is perfect! The staff is friendly and accommodating too, bed is comfortable as well.
Negative: No beach towels, like ever. It’s first come first serve which doesn’t make any sense as it’s not a big hotel. The floor was dirty so I had to walk around with my flip flops - plus no robe or slippers. But all of this can be overlooked bc of the price.
Positive: This hotel was the perfect location for a solo traveler in Biarritz. It’s minutes away from two different beaches, one block from Les Halles and its incredible markets, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The included breakfast was lovely and beyond my expectations. Very sweet staff!
Positive: Location, balcony and the view. Nice hotel building a with a bar/restaurant in front. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
Negative: Small chairs to be able to sit on the balcony would be a good addition.
Positive: We are a family of five with three teenagers and stayed for three days. We stayed in teh appartment, which is a separate building just across from the main hotel building. The flat was on two levels, with a double bed and three single beds. It had a small patio out front which was actually wonderful, in that we could sit outside and drink wine or coffee and enjoy the sun and the very central location. The beds were very comfortable! The hotel is very central, a block from the market and a grocery store and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We did surfing lessons every day, and the surfing was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. For beginners, Biarritz is fantastic for surfing -- very good predictable waves, and many options for rentals.
Negative: We got to Biarritz by rental car and didn't realize that there is no actual driving to the hotel itself because the central area allows no cars. We had to park in a nearby public lot, which was difficult to find parking in and cost 25 euros a day. Then we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage to get to the hotel. Totally fine, but wasn't obvious before arriving. Make sure to use a navigation app and figure out what lot you are going to park in before getting to town, because it's a bit of a maze and the drivers honk a lot if you don't know where you are going!
Positive: Very clean. Young and friendly staff Very close to the restaurants, beach and shops
Positive: All
Negative: Nothing:)
Positive: Welcoming restaurant on the way into the reception area, restaurant was open late and Café inside felt very casual and easy to lounge in as well as beautiful. Really liked the youthful vibe and felt like the staff was all very friendly and easy to talk to, very accommodating and relaxed.
Positive: Terrific location, fun vibe with bar and restaurant in front of hotel, clean. Staff was nice, but (no initiative with locations, restaurants , etc).
Negative: Rooms very small, no elevators, staff needs training in hospitality.
Positive: Friendly stuff, good location.
Negative: No phone, no fridge, no safe in the room. Wi-Fi wasn't working (later fixed).
Positive: Location is great, quiet and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff
Negative: No drinking water on the room (tap-water was lukewarm)
Positive: Perfect location. Couldn't be more central. The shower is amazing, bed's super comfy, AC works wonders. Close to the beach, to restaurants, shops, coffeeshops, market.
Positive: Loved staying in the family room where we could open the windows and peek out at the water and hear the noises of the city. Great walking location with an easy walk to the beach. Nice breakfast and dinner on site.
Negative: nothing
Positive: The staff and the location
Negative: The price of the breakfast
Positive: We really liked the location, it was close to the beach and all the sightseeing places. And we loved how professional and polite was the staff of the hotel.
Negative: There was no mini-fridge in the room and the bathroom was tiny. It'll be uncomfortable to use for taller people. Other than that, everything was great.
Positive: Location is very good, room is nice. Staff is very polite. They offer free drink per guest during check-in.
Negative: No parking space near the hotel. You need to park and walk 10 minutes to reach hotel. It is a little bit not comfortable with if you have more than 1 luggage or heavy stuff. Breakfast could be more rich, very poor options.
Positive: Good location. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Nice shower. Not noisy
Positive: Close to everything .
Negative: Standart good room .
