Positive: We got great value for our room. Place was clean and decently kept. Easy check-in and out process.
Negative: Breakfast was disappointing with cold stale bacon and pastries. The owner was nice but a bit pushy, asking us for a 10 star review on here.
Positive: There was a pool, a balcony and a view of Vesuvius. But there was also a view of an abandoned hotel next door, it felt unsafe to get to the hotel and the location is outside of the city, no walking. I loved the staff - such nice people. The pool was refreshing, but not very clean. I think Europeans like the hotel but it was not for us.
Negative: It felt like it was in an unsafe area. Getting there was confusing with an empty parking lot, abandoned building next door.
Positive: It was the off season so we got a good deal and it wasn’t too crowded. The facilities are nice and the breakfast was very good. Basic, but clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also this village is very nice, located at the beach near many attractions, yet not as crowded and noisy as in the big city.
Negative: Nothing to complain. A rather long walk to the beach if you have no car or scooter but it’s manageable.
Positive: Excellent staff and very lovely owner If u want go to Malfi or Positano or Sorento ..it is less than an hour driving from this hotel… therefore instead of staying in crowded area… u stay in this hotel…
Positive: Good breakfast, nice pool and hotel
Negative: Surroundings are a bit rough but its not their fault
Positive: The hotel has good facilities, with a nice restaurant and swimming pool area. We got a room with balcony, which we very much appreciated! The staff was very friendly, always trying to help.
Negative: Nothing to say

Positive: Staff
Positive: Francesco and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable and the ground of the hotel are stunning. Thank you for having us!
Positive: We spent four nights at this hotel. We had an excellent experience. From the our arrival we were greeted by the owner, Francesco Donnarumma. He was always present making sure that all clients were satisfied and had what they needed. All the rest of the personnel were very kind and helpful. We had dinner twice at the hotel and the food and the service were excellent too. Umberto Appuzo delivered great service and friendly humor. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The sheets were changed every day. I gave 5 stars to the location because it was a place of peace and relax out of the noise and bustle of downtown Castellammare di Stabia with a well curated garden and a pool. This hotel will remain in my list of preferred hotels.
Positive: The hotel is old but almost everything works fine. The guys at reception were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above average. On site evening bar was fine too. We liked the center of the city very much.
Negative: It's pretty far from the city center. The remote control for air condition and heater in our room was not working but we didn't report it to reception because we didn't need it. The view at the ruined building near the hotel was not nice but this is Italy.
Positive: Location was up a Hill a long way from town centre and up a steep hill at least 25 minutes walk and the property was surrounded by derelict buildings. It looked like a view from a war torn country.
Positive: breakfast was good.
Negative: The place is to dark outside.
Positive: The ENTIRE staff made us feel like family. The owner made special accommodations for a unique situation allowing our pet to stay in the hotel even though pets are not allowed. It was the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean and had a great view of Mount Vesuvius from our balcony. The owner also has a restaurant, in which he personally made reservations for us. It happened to be the best place we ate all week.
Positive: AC was not working. No insulation between rooms.
Positive: good afternoon! the hotel does not meet the requirements and three star starting from check-in: parking on site is paid, TV remote control is available with a deposit of 20 euros, swimming pool is paid 25 euros There aren't even cups in the room! no water, not even one bottle very bad pillows on the balcony there are two dirty plastic studios and no table Poor sound insulation Our child got sick, they asked for hot water at night, and they wanted to take money from us for it, but they didn’t take it when we started to refuse a teapot of water Breakfast: the restaurant is beautiful, but everything ended quickly, even with a small selection! The hotel is not recommended
Positive: very dated not a 4 stars at all
Negative: the overall state of place and energy is off
